King Cake: wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, eggs, shortening (soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, cottonseed oil), sugar, yeast, salt.

Filling: brown sugar (pure cane sugar), unsalted butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings (lactic acid, starter distillate)), cinnamon.

Fondant icing: (sugar, invert sugar and water), artificial colors (water, glycerin, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, sorbitol, modified food starch, (includes FD&C red 3, red 40, blue 1, blue 2, yellow 5, yellow 6), carrageenan gum, agar gum, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, salt, citric acid).

Yellow Sanding Sugar: Sugar, Confectioner’s Glaze, Carnauba Wax, Yellow 5.

Green Sanding Sugar: Sugar, Yellow 5 Lake, Confectioner’s Glaze, Blue 1 Lake, Carnauba Wax.

Purple Sanding Sugar: Sugar, Confectioner’s Glaze, Carnauba Wax, Red 3, Blue 1, Red 40.
