Coconut Dream Cake
Yellow Cake: Cake: sugar, wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), milk, eggs, shortening (soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, cottonseed oil), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla extract (vanilla, water, alcohol, invert syrup, propylene glycol, caramel color, (contains sulfites)), salt.
Buttercream Icing: Sugar, corn syrup, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings (lactic acid, starter distillate)), shortening (soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, cottonseed oil), and egg whites.
Pastry Cream: milk+ puratos prepared shelf-stable powder-sugar, modified food starch, nonfat dry milk, coconut oil, dried whey (milk), contains <2% of alginate, sodium caseinate (milk), potassium sorbate, beta carotene, artificial flavor.
Creme de coconut: coconut, sugar, water, poly-sorbate 60, sorbitol monostearate, salt, propylene glycol alginate, mono and diglycerides, citric acid, guar gum, locust bean gum.
