Chocolate Mousse Cake

Chocolate Cake: sugar, wheat cake flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),milk, water, canola oil, cocoa, eggs, baking soda (potassium sorbate, sodium propionate, sodium benzoate), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, vanilla extract (vanilla, water, alcohol, invert syrup, propylene glycol, caramel color, (contains sulfites)).

Mousse: whipping cream (heavy cream, contains <0.5% of: carrageenan, mono- and diglycerides, polysorbate 80), 10x sugar, vanillin), egg whites, egg yolks.

Chocolate: melted chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanillin), coffee.

Shavings and Chocolate Discs: chocolate shavings (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanillin).
