Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Leave aluminum foil on top and bake for 15 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and put back in the oven for 15 more minutes. Keep an eye on it and if you like it a little crispier, leave it in for a few extra minutes. Cheese should be golden brown when finished.
Tomato sauce- tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, brown sugar, olive oil, oregano, garlic, basil, salt
Mozzarella cheese- low moisture mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), potato starch, corn starch and powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor).
Parmesan cheese- pasteurized part skimmed milk, cheese cultures, salt, and enzymes.
Ricotta cheese filling- whey, milk, eggs, parsley, vinegar, and xantham gum, guar gum, locust bean gum (stabilizers).
Ziti Noodles- durum wheat semolina, niacin, iron lactate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
